At Savile Row Company, we offer a 90-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with the fit and quality of your garments. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would like a full refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the completed returns form is placed inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Generate a Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5 to 7 working days.
